A merger between two well-known technology firms that serve the behavioral healthcare industry was announced on Tuesday.
Qualifacts, an EHR provider for behavioral health and human services organizations, and Credible Behavioral Health, a software firm that works with clinical, community, residential and mobile care providers, are joining to form an organization that will serve more than 800 behavioral health agencies nationwide.
Qualifacts is a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus, and Credible is part of the Martis Capital portfolio. The two private equity firms announced the deal to merge their respective technology companies.
Qualifacts CEO David Klements will lead the newly combined organization. Credible CEO Matthew Dorman will stay on in a strategic advisory role.
