Nashville, Tennessee-based Autism & Behavior Services joins Proud Moments’ network of facilities that provide treatment for children with autism spectrum disorders.
Providence Treatment has acquired Main Line Recovery, an outpatient program just outside Philadelphia, and entered into a deal with Quest Behavioral Health to expand services for healthcare professionals at Penn Medicine.
HOPE Center North in Mason, Ohio, will now operate as BrightView Mason.
The behavioral health sector saw 18 deals completed overall in the second quarter, paced by addiction treatment organizations, which accounted for 12, according to the latest Mertz Taggart report. The numbers are down from Q1, but not dramatically so.
Hunter Street Partners and Healy Capital Partners have entered into a partnership to invest in Ark Behavioral Health, allowing the provider to expand its geographic footprint.
